Frank Reynoso grew up on the mean streets of New York City as a runaway who turned to a life of crime, alcoholism and drug abuse. He was incarcerated at a young age and had to fight for his life just to stay alive during the drug wars.
In 1991, at the age of 23, Frank accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior. This decision radically changed his life and his destiny!
Since being born again, Pastor Frank has had a desire to reach the lost, the least and the broken. He began as a street preacher in the ghettos of Orlando, Florida with Answer to Life Ministries. He then founded Changed by Choices Ministries with Ruben Cruz and served in jail ministry for nine years, becoming the Chaplain for the Orlando County Juvenile Detention Center and overseeing nine different juvenile delinquent programs. Thousands of young people have responded to his forth-right, tell-you-the-way-it-is style, and received Jesus Christ as Lord. During this time, he also served as the Youth Pastor of Shining Light Bible Church for five years, where he was licensed and ordained.
From 1999-2005 he joined the House of Hope, a non-denominational, non-profit organization dedicated to helping troubled teens between the ages of 13-17, and served as their campus Pastor. In 2002, the House of Hope opened The Last Wave Club, a cutting-edge ministry / venue that reaches out to teens and young adults. Pastor Frank was given the responsibility of being the club Director.
Pastor Frank still oversees the Last Wave, which is now an outreach of Body of One Ministries and is dedicated to serving the community, the local church and the youth of Central Florida by offering a message of hope, healing and restoration.
Pastor Frank is also on staff with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes where he serves as an area representative and ministers to local high school students.
Along with everything else, Pastor Frank serves as the Senior Pastor of Body of One Ministries, with Agnes his wife of 21 years. They have a daughter, who recently got married and also lives in Orlando.
Pastor Frank Reynoso is a shining example of "look what the Lord can do". He was once an 8th grade drop-out, living on the streets, pursuing a life of crime and now today he's a sought-after conference speaker and travels all over the United States and into the nations of the world proclaiming the good news of Jesus Christ.
Agnes Reynoso, equally committed to the cause of Christ, likes to remain behind the scenes. She is one who understands and is deeply committed to prayer. She is an intercessor and teaches others how to connect with God in prayer. She is the prayer power behind Pastor Frank. Together these two are a body of one! They are an amazing couple and a great representation of Jesus Christ to the world!

The Last Wave
Our Mission: To provide a positive event alternative to secular club’s and concerts in Central Florida.
Our Story: The Last Wave Club began in 1998, and 1999, when the founder, Sara Trollinger hosted two alternative events for Halloween. The current Mayor at the time, Glenda Hood and Sheriff Kevin Barry encouraged Sara to continue these concerts on a weekly basis. In 2002, the Last Wave club became a reality and began hosting concerts on Friday and Saturday nights. The team was spearheaded by Pastor Frank Reynoso who managed the club and events for three years. During this time various artists performed at the club, and thousands of people committed themselves to a life of purpose.
In 2005, The Last Wave Club closed their main facility, but continued to host events in Central Florida. Since 2006 The Last Wave Club has hosted over 30 shows at different venues throughout the Greater Orlando area.
In late 2009 The Last Wave Club linked up with Kingdom Promotions, sharing a vision to bring the best in Hip Hop, Neo Soul, and Urban music to Central Florida. United by their passion for the Hip Hop community they are ready to bring a steady flow of the hottest concerts to the Central Florida area.
The Last Wave is now an outreach of the Body of One Ministries, dedicated to serving the community, the local church and the youth of Central Florida by offering a message of hope, healing and restoration.
